Membership Policies
• Membership visits do not roll over.
Each month’s services must be used within that billing cycle to maintain fairness and availability for all members.
• Failed membership payments.
If a payment is declined, access to member pricing pauses until the account is updated. This ensures accurate billing and a smooth experience.
Product Policy
• All product sales are final once opened or used.
For hygiene and quality assurance, returns or exchanges can only be made on unopened, unused items in original condition.
• Grace Period
A 5–10 minute grace period is provided as a courtesy. After this, appointments may be marked late or need to be rescheduled based on availability.
• No-Show Policy
Clients with three no-shows without notice will have their booking privileges suspended or permanently banned, depending on severity.
• Late Arrivals & No-Show Fees
After three occurrences of late arrivals or missed appointments, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
This protects our barbers’ time and the experience of other clients.

Any form of disrespect, aggression, or hateful behavior toward our team or clientele results in immediate removal and a permanent ban from all services.

• 48-Hour Touch-Up Guarantee
If any client is not fully satisfied with their haircut, we offer a complimentary touch-up within 48 hours of the service.
